Privacy Policy

The short version

Energyhelper24 is operated by Nukipa Labs GmbH. The solar estimate runs from data you enter for a single session. We only keep personal data if you deliberately submit the lead form. No accounts, no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking scripts.

Data processed to run the tool

Address search: what you type is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim geocoding service (via our server) to return matching addresses. This shares your search text and our server's request with OpenStreetMap.

Satellite map: the roof map uses the Google Maps JavaScript API; loading it shares your IP address with Google, and Google may set its own cookies (see Google's Privacy Policy). If Google Maps is unavailable, map tiles are loaded from Esri/ArcGIS instead, which shares your IP address with Esri.

Roof outline & yield: the roof you trace and its coordinates are sent to the EU PVGIS service to model annual output. The outline is processed to compute area and is not stored after your session unless you submit the lead form.

Cookies: we set none ourselves. The embedded Google Maps map may set Google cookies when it loads. Advertising trackers: none.

Visitor statistics: we count page views on our own infrastructure to see which pages are useful. We record the page address, the referring site, your browser type, an approximate country, and a short-lived one-time token that tells a real browser apart from an automated crawler. Your IP address is used only to derive a daily, non-reversible identifier and is never stored. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiles, no third-party analytics service, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Lead form (only if you submit it)

If you fill in the “email me my result” form, we process the name, email, postcode and the computed result (system size, roof area, yearly output, your address) to send your estimate and — if you tick the box — to arrange installer quotes. We rely on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it any time by emailing us.

We keep lead data only as long as needed to follow up, then delete it. Contact contact@nukipalabs.com to access or erase your data.

Server logs & hosting

Our host (Vercel Inc.) may process standard technical request data (e.g. IP, user agent) to serve the site securely.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may object to processing. Contact contact@nukipalabs.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
